Privacy Policy
Your receivables are some of the most sensitive numbers in your business. Here is exactly how we look after them.
01 Who this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website, sign up for the service, or use the accounts receivable and collections software on behalf of your business.
When you connect your books, you remain the owner of your customer and invoice data. We process it only to run the service for you, as your data processor.
02 Information we collect
From the website and signup: your name, work email, company, designation, industry, the currencies you invoice in, invoice volume and accounting software.
From your connected systems: invoices, credit notes, receipts, customer names and business contacts, payment terms, and documents you attach such as packing lists, shipping bills and delivery proofs.
From payment partners: payment status and reference numbers for links and virtual accounts. We never receive card numbers, UPI PINs or bank login credentials.
From use of the service: login times, actions taken, reminder approvals and audit logs.
03 How we use it
- To sync and display your receivables, aging and currency positions.
- To plan, draft and schedule reminders under the templates and rules your team approves.
- To match payments to invoices and build your cash forecast and customer credit views.
- To provide support, send service notices and keep the service secure.
04 How the AI uses your data
The AI Collections Agent uses your own payment history to learn how each of your customers pays. That learning stays within your account.
Your customer financial data is never used to train models for any other customer, and never sold or shared for advertising.
05 Reminders to your customers
Reminders are sent only to business contacts that you provide or that exist in your books, and only within the business hours and rules you set.
If one of your customers asks not to receive automated reminders, you can mark the contact and the agent will stop writing to it.
06 Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the service, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and the payment partners you enable, under contracts that protect it.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
07 Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside our team is limited to people who need it to support you, and every access is logged.
Accounting connectors use read only access by default.
08 Retention
We keep your account data while your subscription is active. After closure, data is deleted within 90 days unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer. You can request an export before closure.
09 Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal requirements, including those under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
To make a request, write to us through the contact page.
10 Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to work, such as a session cookie for the security check on our forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
